SAN ISIDRO

Project located in a small private complex in Zapopan, Mexico The land of this project is 90 m2, of which only 65 can be used on the ground floor. Being a fairly small area the main challenge is to maximise the use of space, giving priority to natural lighting and ventilation.
To achieve this, the ground floor is completely free with large windows at the front and back, as well as a skylight over the staircase. Within the concept of this house is the use of exposed materials and simple geometries playing with proportions and repetitions of elements. The proposed materials are red brick, polished concrete, wood, black coated aluminum and details of Venetian mosaic.
