NUEVO CHAPALA

Project located in the town of Chapala, Mexico, next to the biggest lake in the country. The project seeks the reinterpretation of the vernacular architecture of the area, using elements and materials from the area such as brick, stone and wood. The reinterpretation of traditional Mexican architecture is essential for this project since it seeks to respect the tone and architectural context of the town of Chapala, which makes it attractive to the large American and Canadian community that settle in the area for long periods of the year.
