Project located in a private complex in Tlajomulco, Mexico. One of the suburbs of the Guadalajara metropolitan area. One of the challenges of this project is to cover all of the necessities required by the client in an area of 165 m2. The main requirement is the separation of the children bedrooms from the parents bedrooms; this was achieved by dividing the upper floor, separating it with a double height and the stairwell, but connecting it by a walkway. On the ground floor a semi-open floor generates a sense of spaciousness, since the property only has 7m of width.
